This Operating Agreement is made and entered into on October 14, 2025, by Richard F. Xaver as the sole and only member (“Member”) of Scootercam Worldwide LLC (the “Company”). The Member hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, which sets forth the governance of the Company as a single-member limited liability company.
